and assumes no responsibility for any actions made by the hosting site, or any website, which effects the use of the advertisement. 
  
 *Dazzling Ads reserves the right to suspend any and all graphic advertisements, which are currently hosted 
within the Dazzling Ads account, due to unpaid balances. In addition, there will be a $10.00 re-hosting fee, per advertisement, 
added to the original balance- paid upfront. 

Dazzling Ads does not verify nor confirm any of the information provided within the graphic advertisements, such as certifications, affiliations, insurances, or credentials. Dazzling Ads only uses the information provided by the customer to create the ad, and assumes no liability for any misrepresentation. 

 Dazzling Ads reserves the right to use any design as an example, unless discussed beforehand.
